How a Typical Project Works
We will take you through the complete pre-build process. Starting from your initial ideas, creating your plans for planning permission, submitting your building regulations application until you obtain approval through a simple five step process:
Initial Consultation
Our free no obligation initial assessment will allow us to provide you with basic advice. This gives you the opportunity to discuss your needs and ideas. Once we have all the relevant information, a quotation will be sent to you.
Custom Projects

Survey
If you decide to proceed, we will conduct a measured survey of the property/site and produce a proposed design scheme/draft drawings. Unlike our competitors if we think you won’t get permission, we will tell you upfront and suggest alternatives to achieve your outcome

Produce Drawings
Once the design scheme is approved by you, detailed plans are drawn up ready for submission. In most cases, and depending on the Council, we will liaise with the planning office; we have developed positive relationships with officers over the years

Submit Plans to local planning authority
Your approved plans are then submitted to your local planning department. Planning approval can take up to 8 weeks from validation by the council. During this period, we deal with any issues and liaise with the Council.

Building Regulations produced and submitted to Building Control
Once planning has been approved, and if you have requested this part of the service, the building regulations drawings and specification can be produced for submission to your local Building Control department.
